MOHAMED LAHNA (Morocco)

First Arab paratriathlete, and first Arab to compete in the paratriathlon event at the Paralympics (Rio 2016). Not only competing at the Paralympics, but also becoming the first Paralympic bronze medal holder at the paratriathlon event (PT2 category)! After already achieving some great sporting goals, such as swimming the Strait of Gibraltar, completing the epic Marathon des Sables, winning the Paralympic bronze medal, and participating in some iconic triathlons such as Norseman and Ironman World Championships in Hawaii, Mohamed is now focused on spreading the sport of triathlon and wanting to get more disabled athletes to participate from around the Arab region.
